ORLANDO, Fla. — Storms are rolling through over the next four to five hours, gradually building west to east, said Meteorologist George Waldenberger.
He said the threats with storms Saturday will be lightning and isolated pockets of damaging wind and small hail.
If you plan to be outside this afternoon, he suggested taking cover when you hear thunder and staying inside as storms pass.
Once the storms weaken, there will be areas of light rain that will linger, but by sunset, Waldenberger said the weather should be much quieter.
Sunday afternoon storms won’t be as widespread and more scattered.
