Seminole County first responders honored for saving man who suffered stroke

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A 71-year-old Seminole County man got the chance to meet the fire rescue team that helped saved his life.

Richard Meyer suffered a stroke two weeks ago at his home.

The rescue team from Station 34 rushed him to Advent Health in downtown Orlando.

They were able to relay all of Meyer’s issues to the hospital staff.
