Trayvon Martin Case: Enhanced video shows injury on George Zimmerman's head

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Video released by ABC News is giving a clearer look at the moments after George Zimmerman arrived at the Sanford Police Department, just after the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

The video, which has been enhanced and sharpened, shows a mark or gash on the back of Zimmerman's head.

A police report from that night describes blood on the back of his head and on his nose.

"Enhanced video are often used by law enforcement to identify individuals, injuries. What you're able to see in this enhanced video is marks on the back of Mr. Zimmerman's head," said former FBI agent Brad Garrett.

The clarified video also shows Zimmerman talking to officers, walking through the halls of the police station, with no obvious signs of blood on his shirt.
