ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A crash involving a semi-truck and a van Monday afternoon blocked the south and north lanes of State Road 417 in Orlando for several hours in the thick of rush-hour traffic.
By 6 p.m., the north lanes had reopened, but it wasn’t until 7:45 p.m. that the south lanes opened.
The crash happened in the north lanes near Boggy Creek Road, Florida Highway Patrol troopers said, but somehow the semi-trick ended up in the south lanes.
