HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — An alligator was found swimming in a pool at a Hillsborough County home, the sheriff’s office said.
The 7- to 8-foot alligator was reported Wednesday morning. A location where the gator was found was not released.
The sheriff’s office and officers with the Florida Wildlife Conservation Commission are on the scene to help trap and remove the gator.
