The order to detain Biggs came down on Monday. Prosecutors say he is the leader of the Central Florida Proud Boys, and that he helped organize events for them.

Agents arrested Biggs after they say he was seen in pictures inside and outside the Capitol during the January attack.

In their motion to revoke his bond, prosecutors called Biggs a risk to the community as long as he was allowed to be out of jail.
