What Rollins, Blue Bamboo are proposing for old Winter Park library

Rollins College and Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts have each submitted proposals for what happens next with Winter Park’s former library building.

The Winter Park City Commission on June 12 will consider the proposals to reuse the roughly 35,000-square-foot space at 460 E. New England Ave. The city moved its library to a newly built space in Martin Luther King Jr. Park near the end of 2021.
