Prosecutors said Jessie stabbed daughter Meredith Jessie in the throat and shot her father, Mark Weekly, 50, in the head on July 18 in his rented home in Lakeland.
Authorities said she left their bodies in the house until July 22.
Detectives said she returned to the home and put their remains in containers and hid them in the landlord's shed.
