TAMPA, Fla.,None — A man told investigators that he was too drunk to use his car at a Tampa Taco Bell drive-through so he walked through it to get his food, but when that didn't work he called 911.

"I walked up to the window and I said, 'I would drive, but I'm too drunk to drive.' So they want me to drive drunk to get a meal. That's what they're saying," said Terry Kimball to a 911 operator.
Kimball was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for misuse of the 911 system.
He was released Wednesday morning.
