ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — An Orange County man accused of shooting another man outside of a local pool hall was arrested Saturday and charged with first-degree murder.
Police were called to the Chill Game Room along Columbia Street on Dec. 14.
According to an arrest affidavit, while Cleveland Johnson and Laruntray Lampkin were arguing over something, Johnson pulled out a gun.
As the argument heated up, Johnson pulled the trigger and shot Lampkin, investigators said.
Lampkin died of his injuries, according to police.
On Sunday, Johnson went in front of an Orange County judge. He is being held without bail.
