ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A former associate of Lou Pearlman has admitted his role in Pearlman's huge Ponzi scheme.
Robert Fischetti pleaded guilty to conspiracy in federal court Wednesday.
Fischetti played major roles in Pearlman's companies. He lied to investors, telling them their money was earning interest.
Pearlman is serving a 25-year sentence for fraud; he conned hundreds of investors out of millions of dollars.
