OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A pregnant woman was critically injured in a shooting near AdventHealth Hospital in Celebration Thursday.
Osceola County deputies responded to the hospital around 5 p.m. Thursday for reports of a shooting.

Our deputies responded to a Shooting in the vicinity of Advent Health in Celebration. This was an isolated incident. The victim is a pregnant female who sustained critical injuries and is receiving treatment. Her condition is stable. Suspect is in custody.

Deputies say the victim was treated for critical injuries and is now stable.
The sheriff’s office described the shooting as an isolated incident.

They say they have a suspect in custody, but that person hasn’t been identified.
Sheriff Marcos Lopez released a statement thanking the community and deputies for a “quick response.”
