TAMPA, Fla. — A former teacher from the Tampa area will spend the next 10 years in prison for having sex with two middle school students.
WFTV reported in April when Stephanie Ragusa accepted a plea deal and pleaded guilty to having sex with the boys in 2008, who were 14 and 16 years old at the time. Ragusa was 28 years old.
In court Monday, a judge served Ragusa the maximum 10-year sentence and another 15 years of probation.
