MIAMI — One person was fatally shot and three others were wounded in a drive-by shooting Wednesday in an area northwest of Miami, authorities said.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, according to WPLG-TV.
The shooting happened in the West Little River neighborhood in northwest Miami-Dade County, WTVJ-TV reported.

According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, the shooting occurred at about 4:15 p.m. EST, WSVN-TV reported.
Police said the shooting began in front of a home around 4:15 p.m., near Northwest 21st Court and 99th Street.
The Miami Herald, quoting an unnamed source, said one of the victims drove himself to an area hospital. The newspaper also reported that the alleged shooter or shooters left the scene in a newer-model Mercedes-Benz.
Police confirmed a shooting in the area but did not provide any other information, WTVJ reported.
