DESOTO COUNTY, Fla. — Authorities found dozens of baggies packed with cocaine hidden in a ring box Tuesday night during a traffic stop in DeSoto County, sheriff’s deputies said.
A deputy stopped Tony Davis, 43, after he failed to stop at a stop sign, according to the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office. He was arrested on suspicion of driving while his license was suspended, officials said.
During a subsequent search of his person, deputies said they found three baggies of marijuana and dozens of baggies of cocaine hidden inside a ring box.

Records from DeSoto County Jail show deputies booked Davis, of Arcadia, into jail around 11:50 p.m. Tuesday. He remained jailed Thursday on charges including possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine with the intent to sell.
He is expected in court for his next appearance Jan. 30.
