The Winter Haven Police Department posted surveillance video on Facebook of the incident inside the Walmart on Feb. 2. Police said the woman filled up a cart with toys, groceries and fake flowers, before going to self-checkout, not paying and then trying to walk out the doors.

Pitching a hissy fit and throwing things at people because you got caught trying to steal? Tsk Tsk The woman in the video and images went to Walmart (355 Cypress Gardens Blvd) on Feb. 2, 2022 around 1 p.m. She fills the cart up with various items to include silk flowers, toys and some groceries. She then proceeds to the self check-out and scans the items. She lingers for quite a while even leaving the full buggy and walking to look at other items in kiosks next to neighboring registers. (We cut the video to spare you of the more than 15 minutes it took her to make her move). She then walks away with the full cart ultimately being stopped at the doors. She is escorted back where she proceeds to argue - a lot. Getting louder and louder, then claiming, "Get the manager Kim. I have an employee discount and I get my groceries for free." New flash - there is no manager named Kim at the store. She ends up taking a Barbie doll out of the cart and walks away saying she'll pay for it. But when one of the associates asks her to come back to use the initial register, she comes back all right. Throws the box at the associate hitting her in the face causing a small laceration on her lip. Although it's difficult to see here, witnesses said the woman had green hands and hair, apparently from a recent hair dye treatment.
