Prince William, Kate Middleton make reference to Prince Louis’ jubilee antics

While Queen Elizabeth II was the one who was supposed to be where all eyes were focused during her Platinum Jubilee celebrations, it was the child who is fifth in line to the throne of England who took the spotlight away from the festivities.
Prince Louis was a precocious 4-year-old during several events including the 2 1/2 hour-long pageant that celebrated his great grandmother’s 70-year reign.
Prince Louis’ behavior ranged from appearing bored to covering his eyes, dancing and thumbing his nose at his mother Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, People magazine reported.
Louis’ parents — Prince William and Kate Middleton — used Instagram to thank those who “turned out to show their gratitude to The Queen and her inspiring 70 years of leadership.”
They didn’t ignore Louis’ antics either, saying, “We all had an incredible time, especially Louis...”
They didn’t, however, include any images of Louis that stole the hearts of many of those watching the coverage.
