The Florida High School Athletic Association will host its second emergency meeting in four days at 5 p.m. Thursday to discuss fall sports.
The meeting, which will be available to watch online, will focus on the Sports Advisory Committee’s COVID-19 recommendations and fall sports’ return-to-participation guidelines.
This week, the association voted to allow practices for fall sports to begin practice on July 27, but schools may opt to start their fall seasons later. Read more here.
The meeting can be viewed on the FHSAA YouTube page. Those wishing to provide input are asked to email questions, comments and concerns to @questions@fhsaa.org. All messages must be received by 1 p.m. for consideration.
