Sunny skies and warmer days ahead in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida will have a pleasant forecast Friday.

The cold front that moved through this week had temperatures ranging from the 40s to the 60s Friday morning.

Through the afternoon, our area will see mostly sunny skies and warming temperatures.

Daytime highs will hit the mid-to-upper 70s.

The high in Orlando should reach around 78 degrees, which is still below the seasonal normal of 84 degrees.

Into the weekend, temperatures will continue to climb.

Many of us will get back to the low 80s on Saturday and Sunday.

The rain chance will stay low over the next few days.

Central Florida could see a few brief showers near the beaches this weekend.
