OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla.,None — A family vacationing in Osceola County said they want a full refund after discovering bed bugs in their condo.
The Adkins family said they were being bitten over the weekend while they were staying at the Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee. The family said they want to be reimbursed for a ruined vacation.
"In general, to think you're going on vacation to enjoy your family, make memories, and you spend it doing laundry. You could stay home and not spend thousands of dollars, so it's very disappointing," said Robin Atkins.
The resort confirmed that there was a bed bug problem in the room and that it was being taken care of.
The family was moved to another condo and received a free week's stay, according to the resort.
