LAKE COUNTY, Fla. — An infamous Central Florida party house known for wild parties full of sex and guns is back open in a new location.
9 Investigates first reported on the slew of complaints against the Sausage Castle in February 2016.
The raucous party house in rural Osceola County was the brainchild of social media sensation Mike Busey.
But after dozens of complaints, Busey eventually moved out of the home, and it burned down in January 2017.
Channel 9 found out that Busey’s new Sausage Castle sits on 80 acres in Lake County near Astatula.
On Monday, Skywitness 9 flew over the 5,000 square foot home where cars, people and even Busey himself could be seen outside as well as a children’s play area.
One woman who lives nearby and others said they aren’t bothered by the party house. “Well, long as they don’t get rowdy and stuff, I don’t are, I don’t care,” said neighbor Libby Seabolt.

Seabolt’s only complaint was speeding cars heading to the party house and the drivers who run a stop sign near a school bus stop.
Still, some neighbors have concerns about flying bullets. A woman, who didn’t want to be identified, told Channel 9’s Jeff Deal that she was recently followed by someone who was trying to find the Sausage Castle.
“I caught a glimpse of the person, so I shut my door back. I was locking my doors and I started screaming and honking my horn,” she said.
Deal found out that there’s been two code enforcement complaints against the house, but no violations were found.
There have been 13 noise complaints filed against the party house over the past five months. When a deputy responded, the people inside the house turned the music down.
