KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Mortgage holders of Kissimmee properties that go into foreclosure may have to pay a $200 fee and register those properties with the city.
The Osceola News Gazette's 'Around Osceola' website reports that city commissioners are looking at an ordinance that would require registration of properties in foreclosure and require a local contact to deal with code enforcement issues.
