ORLANDO, Fla. — Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire reported at the VA Medical Center in Lake Nona Wednesday.
Heavy smoke was pouring out of the building on Veterans Way when the blaze was initially reported at about 11:20 a.m., the Orlando Fire Department said.
The fourth-floor fire was extinguished by the buildings' sprinkler system and smoke was being ventilated from the structure, OFD said.
No injuries were reported in connection with the fire.
