MELBOURNE, Fla. — Search and rescue efforts are underway in the Melbourne Shores area of Brevard County after a person went missing in the ocean.
Brevard County Fire Rescue Department says the incident at Melbourne Beach has prompted a coordinated response as authorities search for the individual.
