When the eventual buyers of the home at 9011 Mayfair Pointe Dr. in Orlando first walked through it, they remarked that the floor plan was better than what they would’ve come up with if they designed their own custom home.

The love of the 12,000-square-foot Lake Nona home’s layout was one of the main reasons the buyers paid $5.55 million for the house on Feb. 18, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty Realtor Harif Hazera told the Orlando Business Journal.
Hazera represented the buyers in the deal, which the Orlando Regional Realtor Association reported was metro Orlando’s most expensive home sale the week ending Feb. 19.

The layout is just one of the features that make the large house, built in 2014 by Akers Custom Homes, stand out in the local luxury real estate market.
