Former bar near downtown Orlando’s Exploria Stadium up for sale

A former LGBTQ+ bar and nightclub next to Exploria Stadium is being listed for sale.

The owners of Stonewall at 741 W. Church St. have put the property up for sale for $2.2 million. The site includes a two-story, 3,900-square-foot building with three bars and a stage, as well as a full-service kitchen.

Stonewall first opened in 2007 and closed near the start of 2022. Greg DeSalvo of Boss Group International is listing the property on behalf of the owner — Stonewall Orlando Inc. — and told Orlando Business Journal the owners are open to all buyers, including those looking to develop the site or use the existing building.
