With a resume that includes co-creating menus for Darden’s Seasons 52 and Disney’s California Grill, Pleau’s impact on the culinary world is extensive. His work has shaped menus and dining experiences across the globe, from leading culinary R&D at Bloomin’ Brands to serving as a culinary Imagineer for Euro Disney.
