KISSIMMEE, Fla. — A man in Osceola County was arrested after he was accused of attempted murder.

Kissimmee police said Marcus Julio Rivera got into a fight with the victim on New Year’s Day.
It happened around 2 a.m. on Mabbette Street.
Detectives say Rivera shot the victim multiple times before leaving the scene.
The victim was able to make it to a hospital where they survived the attack.

Rivera is facing three charges, including attempted first-degree murder.
