Man killed, another injured in Orange County shooting

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County deputies are investigating after two men were found shot Monday evening.

Deputies responded to the 4200 block of North Orange Blossom Trail near Lake Fairview just before 6 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

The deputies arrived to find two men with gunshot wounds. One of them was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office.

The second man was taken to the hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.

The sheriff’s office did not say whether they were looking for anyone else who might have been involved.

No other details were released due to the early, active nature of the investigation, according to the sheriff’s office.
