LEESBURG, Fla. — Leesburg police say motorcyclist died after a crash on Sunday.
Police said the crash happened around 8:20 p.m. near the intersection of State Road 44 and Euclid Street.

Officers said the crash involved a Black 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle and a Black 2016 Kia SUV.
Police said the motorcyclist, identified as Rodney Balderas, 41, from Crystal River, died at a local hospital.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing and anyone with information regarding the crash is encouraged to contact the Leesburg Police Department Traffic Unit at 352-787-2121.
