ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The COVID-19 test site at the Orange County Convention Center is expanding, and the new changes will ensure that testing will continue even if there’s bad weather.

If you have been tested for COVID-19 at the convention center before, you will notice some recent modifications.

“We were using that initially for the antibody testing, so that was done under the cover of the garage. Then, we expanded it,” he said.

Jachles said there are seven floors. And though they’re not using them all, people are waiting for their antibody tests on certain floors.

“That test is processed on-site, and you get the results in about 15 minutes,” he said.
