ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The Orange County Sheriff’s Office on Friday identified a person of interest in connection with the death of a 69-year-old man whose body was discovered Thursday afternoon in a home in the Pine Hills neighborhood.
Deputies said they were called shortly before 4:30 p.m. to a home on Hartford Place near Silver Star and North Pine Hills roads after someone requested a well-being check.

They said they discovered the body of Jimmie Freeman Jr.
Investigators did not specify how Freeman was killed.
Later Friday, detectives said they want to question Jayson Holliewood Cornelius, 44, in connection with Freeman’s homicide.
Anyone with information about Cornelius’ whereabouts is asked to call 911.
