BELLE ISLE, Fla. — The search continues for a missing mom, Stephanie Hollingsworth.
The family of Hollingsworth organized another search party Sunday, hoping to find new information that could lead to her whereabouts.
Police said they have received more than 50 tips in the case of a missing mother from Belle Isle.
Investigators released a video of Stephanie Hollingsworth, 50, at a Walmart on Goldenrod Road before she disappeared on Sept. 25, hoping to generate some leads.
In the video, you can see Hollingsworth walking through the store shortly before she vanished.
Police said that Hollingsworth had purchased a bottle of vodka just before she vanished.
At a news conference Tuesday Scott Hollingsworth said his wife did have issues with alcohol and that may have made her vulnerable.
“Considering the info that we have, I think we have to assume that something happened here that is beyond her control... if that were not the case... we would have found her by now,” Hollingsworth said.
Volunteers have been doing what they can to search and spread the word, hoping someone saw something that can bring some clarity about what might have happened to the mother of three.
Police said they are also looking for a 2000 champagne-colored Chevy Tahoe with Florida tag number Y50XUR that Hollingsworth may have been driving at the time of her disappearance.
Anyone who sees Hollingsworth is asked to notify Belle Isle police by calling the Orange County Sheriff’s Office at 407-836-4357 or 911.
