ORLANDO, Fla. — Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines.

Camping World Stadium will bring in the heavy artillery next year – and we mean heavy.

Monster Jam World Finals will roll into Orlando May 10-11, 2019.

“Monster Jam is one of those events where you can bring your 6-year-old or your 96-year-old and everyone will have a good time,” said Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer at the announcement ceremony on Wednesday. “This is further proof of the investment our area has made in this venue.”

Orlando has hosted Monster Jam events since 2002, most recently at Amway Center. This will be the first time the city hosts the World Finals.

“This is not just a family event, this is a regional event,” said Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs, who said the event will bring $40 million in economic investment to Central Florida.

Monster Jam, the live motorsport event tour and television show, is operated by Feld Entertainment.

The men and women behind the wheel of these giant trucks perform stunts that often appears to defy gravity.
