St. Cloud man accused of exposing himself to multiple toll booth workers, troopers say

ST. CLOUD, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol has arrested a man they said was exposing himself to toll booth workers around Central Florida.

Troopers said St. Cloud resident Mark Fillyaw, 41, has been charged with indecent exposure for several incidents a multiple toll booths.

According to an arrest report, Fillyaw exposed himself to toll workers from Aug. 29 to Sept. 5.

Troopers said in each case, the workers said Filltaw was seen “showing his privates”, “exposing his intimate parts”, “had no clothes on” and “was touching his penis masturbating.”

Fillyaw was arrested at his home in St. Cloud on Saturday and taken to the Osceola County Jail.
