Of the more than 7,321 University of Central Florida employees with annualized pay rates available, the average pay is $71,271.

That data comes from the university, which does not account for student employees protected by FERPA as well as 246 employees paid by semester. The annualized pay covers a variety of positions, pay compensation schedules and does not include those separately paid by UCF Athletics.
UCF Athletics Association is a separate unit of the school established to run the university’s athletic department. The association features some exemptions to public record laws and faces fewer limitations than public institutions when it comes to managing resources, according to WUFT.
