Video: Man tells Tom Terry he paddled across submerged causeway to see damage to home

ORLANDO, Fla. — Channel 9 Chief Meteorologist Tom Terry left Orlando Saturday morning to do a damage survey of the Central Florida coast after Hurricane Matthew.

Tom spoke with one man Saturday afternoon who told him he paddled across the submerged causeway on a surfboard to see the damage to his home.
