ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Two people were injured Saturday night in a jet ski crash on Little Lake Conway in Orange County, according to deputies at the scene.
The Orange County Fire Department responded to a water rescue call shortly after 8 p.m.
Deputies said the two people riding the jet ski were injured in the crash. At least one person was taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries was not immediately known.
The crash allegedly happened farther north in the lake, just outside the no-wake zone near St. Denis Court.
Only Channel 9 was there when the jet ski involved was being pulled from the water. Damage was visible to the front of the jet ski and the left footwell.
Authorities are still working to determine what led to the crash.
