So said Bosko Lazic, owner of all the venues at downtown Orlando’s Wall Street Plaza except one — The Other Bar.

His acquisition of the properties on the north side of the plaza about six months ago reflects his confidence of what’s to come for downtown, he said, adding he’s seen incremental growth in the number of patrons.
