FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — The driver of a tractor-trailer is in critical condition Friday after his vehicle crashed through a concrete barrier wall on the ramp to a South Florida interstate highway and fell to the road, the Sun-Sentinel reported.
The crash happened shortly after midnight on I-95 in Fort Lauderdale, according to Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue.

Fire rescue crews found the 18-wheeler, which had fallen off the ramp at State Road 84, toward the northbound lanes of I-95, WTVJ reported. The truck landed between the guardrail and the ramp, just above the travel lanes, the Sun-Sentinel reported.
Investigators have not released any information about what caused the crash, WTVJ reported.
