PORT RICHEY, Fla. — A Florida man is facing a domestic battery charge after his girlfriend accused him of throwing a burrito at her.
According to WTVT and WFLA, Peter Elacqua, 41, and his girlfriend were arguing at their Port Richey home Friday when Elacqua threw the burrito at her face, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office said. He reportedly left the home after the dispute.

A deputy arrived to find burrito filling on the woman's "face, neck and left chest/shoulder area," the arrest affidavit said.
Elacqua was arrested Monday and freed on $100 bond, WTVT reported.
