ORLANDO, Fla. — Chilly temps in the 50s this morning will give way to a day of weather Central Floridians can be grateful for.

We’ll see temperatures climb into the low and mid 70s throughout the region by Thursday afternoon.

Rain chances will remain low, with just a few scattered clouds along the coast and the brief possibility of sprinkles in spots.

Tonight, temperatures will dip back down into the 50s.

Looking ahead to the weekend -- another front will move in and drop morning temperatures into the 40s.
Daytime highs on Saturday will remain in the 60s for most of the Channel 9 viewing area.
