TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis officially began his second term on Tuesday.

An inauguration ceremony was held Tuesday morning on the steps of the historic capitol in Tallahassee.

The governor took the oath of office shortly after 11:30 a.m.

Florida Lt. Gov. Jeanette Nunez, Attorney General Ashley Moody and newly elected Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson were also sworn in.
