The former Agape Baptist Church has sat abandoned for years, and Channel 9 has been reporting on the problem property since last year.

It was supposed to be torn down for multiple violations. The county even deemed it unsafe and a health risk.
But now, it has a new owner who says he wanted to give back to the community that gave him so much.
