ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Two-time convicted murderer Markeith Loyd is back in court on Monday in order to determine how the judge will move forward with sentencing.

Last year, a jury recommended the death penalty for Loyd after convicting him of killing Orlando police Lt. Debra Clayton in 2017.
On Monday afternoon, Loyd’s attorney’s will try to prove Loyd is not competent for sentencing.
