ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — The Original Florida Key Lime Pie Festival is coming to St. Augustine on Saturday, Nov. 14, bringing a full day of food, contests and family entertainment to Francis Field.

The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and takes place one week before St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights begins.

Organizers say the event will feature several returning traditions, including a Key Lime Pie Hula Hoop Contest, Key Lime Pie Toss Contest and Key Lime Pie Eating Contest.

The festival will also bring back the “Oldest City Classic” Thoroughbred Hermit Crab Races.

New contests this year

Two new competitions are planned for 2026.

The Key Lime Style Contest will invite attendees to wear creative Key Lime-inspired outfits.

A separate Patriotic & Conquistador Style Contest will recognize red, white and blue clothing or Spanish heritage-inspired attire tied to America’s 250th anniversary and St. Augustine’s history.

Winners will receive Key Lime Pie.

Organizers say more than 20 food trucks are expected, along with dozens of vendors selling handcrafted goods, artwork and merchandise.

The festival will also feature live music, street performers, family entertainment, Florida craft beer, tropical fruit wines and Key Lime-themed drinks.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 5 to 12. Children 4 and younger are free.
