PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — The Port St. Lucie Bacon & BBQ Festival and the Port St. Lucie Fall Craft Fair are scheduled to return Sept. 26-27 at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center.
Organizers expect thousands of visitors to attend the two-day event, which combines a food festival with an indoor craft fair featuring artists and vendors from around Florida.
The craft fair will include fall and holiday-themed décor, artwork, clothing, jewelry, candles, pet products and other handmade items. Halloween-themed inflatable displays and other seasonal attractions will also be available.
Outside, attendees can find a variety of barbecue and bacon-inspired foods, including ribs, pulled pork, chicken and specialty desserts. Live entertainment, beverages and a free children’s activity area are also planned.
Organizers will collect canned goods and other non-perishable food donations for the Treasure Coast Food Bank throughout the weekend.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, 9221 SE Event Center Place.
Admission and parking are free. Organizers say leashed pets are welcome in outdoor areas, while service animals will be allowed inside the venue.
