ORLANDO, Fla. — Suspended Orlando Commissioner Regina Hill was scheduled for a court hearing on Tuesday in Orange County.

Regina Hill did not attend Tuesday’s court hearing.
Attorneys on both sides of the case said depositions are ongoing in preparation for trial.

A pre-trial hearing has been set for April 29.
Hill’s trial has been scheduled for no sooner than May 12.

Suspended Orlando Commissioner Regina Hill is due back in court on Tuesday.
She is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando.
Hill is accused of taking advantage of a 96-year-old woman and stealing more than $100,000 of her money.
